VINIFICATION
the grapes are picked by hand, than after removing the stalks and pressing they are transferred into a press with closed tank. After 15-18 hours of cold steeping the must is being extracted and ferments at a controlled temperature of 18°-20°C. After various decantations the wine is being bottled at the end of February.
